On Sunday Dec. 2 at 13:56 hrs. Co.24 & Co.11 were dispatched for MVA with Entrapment at Rt.194 & Daysville Rd. D24 went on scene with a two vehicle T-bone collision with one trapped. A247 arrived on scene and began patient care. C24 arrived on scene and established command and also request a 2nd BLS unit for check-up on the other occupant of the other vehicle that had minor front end damage and also Trooper 3. RS24 arrived on scene and began to do a door pop on the passenger side door to remove the patient. E111 arrived on scene and stabilized the vehicle and also placed a trash line in service for fire protection.M17 arrived on scene and assisted A247 with patient care. A249 arrived on scene and began patient care on the second patient. Utility 24 arrived on scene and established a landing zone for Trooper 3. The patient was extricated within 10 min and was packaged by A247 and then placed into Trooper 3 to be transported to Shock Trauma. A249 obtained a patient refusal on the second patient. Units were in service and command was terminated at 14:36.
