At 10:19 hrs. Co. 24 & 11 and Medic 2 were dispatched to Rt. 194 and Devilbliss Bridge Rd. for a MVA with entrapment. A249 arrived on scene to find a vehicle collided with a dump truck. A249 confirmed dispatch with one still in the vehicle and started patient care. RS24 and D24 arrived on scene and D24 established rt. 194 command and requested RS16 for manpower. E111 arrived on scene and pulled a line for fire suppression. The crews from A249, E111, and RS16 helped with patient extraction. A247 was requested for patient transport. A247 and Medic 2 transported to Mertius Medical Center.
