At 23:07 hrs Co. 24 & 11 were dispatched for a MVA at Daysville Road and Israel Creek. C11-1 arrived on scene with a single vehicle into a telephone pole with patient still in the vehicle. A247 arrived and began patient assessment. E111 arrived and stabilized the vehicle and also provided lighting. RS24 arrived and provided assistance with patient care and lighting. M17 arrived and provided patient care. A247 transported to FMH BLS and units went in service at 23:42.
