On June 7th at 20:21 hrs. Co.24 and Co.11 were dispatched to 9736 Glade Rd. and Devilbliss Rd. for MVA with entrapment. C11 arrived on scene and established command and advised he had a one car off the road and in a corn field with one patient still trapped in the vehicle and one patient out of the vehicle. A248 arrived on scene and provided patient care. E111 arrived on scene and checked for leaking fluid and stabilizing the car. Medic 17 arrived on scene and assisted with patient care. RS24 and C24 arrived on scene and began patient extrication removing the doors and roof. Command then requested Trooper 3 due to mechanism and a second BLS for a second patient. The passenger was then flown to Shock Trauma and the driver was transported by ground to FMH. Command was then terminated at 21:00 hrs. And units went in service.
