On June 9th at 04:74 hrs. Co.24 and Co.11 were dispatched to Rt.15 and Sundays Ln. for MVA with entrapment. D11 arrived on scene and advised Frederick ECC that the accident will be on RT.15 at Hansonville Rd. and he had a car off the road and down the embankment with the patient out of the vehicle. A248 and Medic 2 arrived on scene and provided patient care. E111 arrived on scene and checked for leaking fluid. RS24 and C24-1 arrived on scene and provided traffic control due to rush hour traffic. Patient refused care and units went in service at 05:30 hrs.
