Our 2009 Chevy Kodiak PL Custom Ambulance serves the department as the primary bariatric unit and is equipped with a specialty cot and ramps to support bariatric patients requiring service.  The Walkersville Volunteer Rescue Company is the provides bariatric transport services to all of Frederick County, MD and many of the surround jurisdictions.
