At 18:11 hrs. Co.11 & 24 were dispatched for a vehicle fire in the area of Rt.194 Fountain Rock Rd. C24 advised ECC that he was in the area and had a black column of smoke. C24 and A247 soon arrived on scene and C24 advised he had a pick-up fully involved. ET114 arrived on scene and stretched a 1-3/4 line into place and extinguished the truck fire. While cleaning up, A247 was approach by a bystander who was in route to the hospital and that had pulled up on scene with an injured child with an ankle injury. A247 crew began patient care while ET114 crew assisted. Patient was then transported to FMH and ET114 crew finished cleanup. Units were in service at 19:00 hours
