| At 15:17 hrs. Co.11,24 was dispatched for a MVA at 9615 Liberty Rd. C11-1 arrived on scene and advised dispatch that he had a box truck vs tractor trailer with all patients out. After further evaluation of the scene C11-1 requested a 2nd ambulance for a 2nd patient. A249 arrived on scene to take over patient care of one of the two patients, then E111 and RS24 arrived on scene. The crew from the squad took over care of the second patient. After further evaluation of the patient dispatch was then advised that aviation was needed. Patients were then transported to FMH and shock trauma. Units then cleared and went in service. |
