At 18:07hrs units from Co.24 & Co.11 were dispatched for a vehicle accident RT26 & Monocacy River. While units were enroute ET114 advised ECC that there was another accident in the area of the church on Woodsboro pike and advised for the squad to check on that then proceed if no assistance was needed. ET114 arrived on scene to find two car rear-end collision in the east bound lanes on the bridge. ET114 advised ECC that they had multiple patients and requested two more ambulances and established command. A247 arrived on scene to start with patient care. The crew from ET114 checked the cars for leaking fluids and assisted helping with the patient care. A28 and A38 arrived on scene shortly after and assisted with other patients. Five patients was transported and units went in service as ready and command was terminated.
