At 17:18hrs units from Co.24 & Co.11 were dispatched for a vehicle accident in the area of the 9900blk of Daysville Rd. While units were enroute dispatched advised us that they had single car into a guard rail with one patient. A249 arrived on scene to confirm as dispatch with one vehicles and patient still in the car. E111 & RS24 arrived on scene and the crews went to work stabilizing the vehicle and assisting the ambulance crew with removing of the patient. Command was established and trooper 3 was requested due to the injury of the patient. One patient was transported to Meritus medical center. Command was terminated and units went in service as ready.
