Injured Person with Flyout

At 09:26 hrs Company 24 was dispatched to the 8700 Blk. Liberty Rd. for injured person from a fall off a horse. As units were en-route ECC advised us with updated info from the caller with info. Duty 24 requested the status of trooper 3 and company 11 was dispatched also. Units arrived on scene and started patient care and quickly requested Trooper 3. B116 arrived on scene to establish a landing zone. One patient was flown to shock trauma.
