At 23:16 hrs. Co.11 was dispatched to 8100 block of Woodsboro Pike for wires down after a vehicle accident. E111 responded and while en-route Frederick ECC dispatched Co.24 to the call for an injured person from a vehicle accident. E111 arrived to find an overturned vehicle in a ditch with 2 light poles down and a single patient out of the vehicle. A248 and C24 arrived on scene and began patient assessment. Patient was evaluated and refused to be transported. E111 and A248 was then cleared and E111 was then dispatched for structure 2-16 on Lauralwood Way. Scene was then turned back over to MSP.
