At 11:44hrs. Co 24 was dispatched to Rt. 26 and Routzahn Way to assist on a vehicle accident with EMS taskforce due to 5 vehicles being involved a total of 11 patients. Duty 11 arrived on scene to find multiple vehicle and requested aviation with the assignment and established command . RS2 arrived on scene to begin patient extrication soon after E111 arrived on scene to pull 1 ¾ line for back up. C2-1 soon requested an EMS task force for multiple patients. BC901 arrived on scene to take over triage/ems division. One patient was transported to shock trauma and another to meritus and other patients to FMH. Command was terminated and all units went in service as ready.
