At 14:23 hrs. Co.24 and Co.11 was dispatched to Rt.194 and Daysville Rd. for a report of MVA. D11 arrived on scene to find 2 vehicle t-bone with one off the roadway and into a field. A247 arrived on scene and began patient care, that had self extricated out of their vehicle. E111 arrived on scene to provide traffic control and debris clean-up. Both patient refused care and units went in service at 14:45 hrs.
